Svanemøllen Stormwater Project - SST55_RIA - Early Works for Construction Site Establishment

This tender encompasses a series of preparatory works essential for establishing the foundation of a subsequent, larger construction contract. The project is situated in Ryparken, an area designated to serve as a shaft worksite for the contractor undertaking the next phase. The principal activity within this contract involves the diversion of two existing gravity pipelines, specifically Ø1600 and Ø2000 concrete pipes, over an approximate length of 80 meters. This scope includes the excavation and disposal of the two existing pipes along a section of approximately 60 meters. The pipes are located at depths of up to 5.5 meters, which may present potential challenges such as groundwater inflow during open excavation. The task also includes the shoring of excavations and the construction of a permanent encasement wall, which will be handed over to the subsequent contractor. Furthermore, the tender covers various other necessary activities to ensure a functional and safe worksite for the following contractor. These include the erection of noise barriers to mitigate noise pollution, the construction of access roads and gates, and terrain regulation. Gravel pads (SG) will also be laid to create a stable foundation for heavy machinery and equipment. Additionally, utility lines will be installed for future use. The contractor is required to perform design as specified in SAB02, SAB03, and SAB05. This early works contract is critical for the successful commencement of the Svanemøllen Stormwater Project.
