Předmětem plnění veřejné zakázky je zajištění služeb při svozu biologicky rozložitelného odpadu sbíraným nádobovým systémem ze sběrných míst od rodinných a bytových domů na území města Jaroměř a jeho místních částí (dále jen území města) v rozsahu Projektu, který je přílohou zadávací dokumentace (Příloha č.4_Projekt). Součástí plnění je zejména: A) sběr a svoz biologicky rozložitelných odpadů sbíraných odděleně a to prostřednictvím nádobového systému ze sběrných míst od rodinných a bytových domů, B) předání biologicky rozložitelných odpadů do zařízení určeného městem. C) vedení průběžné evidence o odpadech a způsobech nakládání s odpady v souladu s vyhláškou Ministerstva životního prostředí.
