Dodavatel předmětu plnění veřejné zakázky je dodavatelem dle zákona č. 264/2025 Sb., o kybernetické bezpečnosti, ve znění pozdějších předpisů (dále jen „ZKB“) a vyhlášky č. 410/2025 Sb., o bezpečnostních opatřeních poskytovatele regulované služby v režimu nižších povinností, ve znění pozdějších předpisů (dále jen „VKB“).
