Original language: Polish1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest świadczenie kolejowych usług przewozowych przez Spółkę „PKP Intercity” S.A. na rzecz Spółki „Koleje Mazowieckie – KM” sp. z o.o. Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje zawieranie, wykonywanie oraz rozliczanie umów przewozu osób, zwierząt i rzeczy, zawieranych we własnym imieniu przez Spółkę KM, a wykonywanych w całości przez Spółkę PKP IC. Umowy przewozu będą zawierane w kasach biletowych Spółki KM. 2. Szczegółowy zakres oraz sposób realizacji zamówienia został określony w Projektowanych postanowieniach umowy stanowiących załącznik nr 1 do Zaproszenia do negocjacji.
