POST-WARRANTY SERVICE PROVISION INCLUDING FULL COVERAGE OF SPARE PARTS FOR MRT 2020/E2 VANTAGE ELAN MRI AND CANON TECHNICIAN STATION FOR 36 MONTHS

1. The subject of the order is the provision of post-warranty service including full coverage of spare parts for the Canon MRT 2020/E2 Vantage Elan Magnetic Resonance Imaging and Technician Station at Ludwik Rydygier Specialist Hospital in Krakow Sp. z o.o., os. Złotej Jesieni 1, 31-826 Krakow, in accordance with the description and requirements contained in Annex No. 1 to this Invitation. 2. Offers that do not cover the full scope of the order will be rejected. 3. Other terms of the order are specified in the draft agreement, which is Annex No. 3 to this Invitation. 4. The contracting authority requires that each replaced part be covered by a 6-month warranty. 5. The order completion period is within 36 months from the date of the contract. 6. Service response time on-site at the Contracting Authority's premises up to 24 hours on business days from telephone or email notification. 7. Repair time without parts up to 72 hours on business days. 8. Repair time with parts up to 120 hours on business days for repairs using parts from European warehouses and 240 hours on business days for repairs using parts from the main warehouse. 9. The contractor will provide contact support or remote technical service operating for a minimum of 8 hours on business days, available by phone.
