Provision of permanent maintenance services for electrical equipment and installations in the Contracting Party's facilities Contracting Party: "ZAKŁAD UNIESZKODLIWIANIA ODPADÓW KOMUNALNYCH RUDNO SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ" City: Rudno CPV: 50711000-2 (Repair and maintenance services of electrical building installations) Type of order: Services The scope of work includes performing electrical work commissioned by the Contracting Party: current repairs, fault removal, maintenance, inspections, electrical measurements, modernizations. The scope of the order includes: electrical installations, cable lines, lightning protection installations, power generators, control cabinets, cable connections, transformer stations, electrical equipment, power supply and control of the sorting hall technological line, pumping stations, power supply and control of the BIODEGMA stabilization installation, gearmotors, ventilation units, optical separators. Place of work: Waste Management Plant RUDNO Rudno 17, Iława transfer station, Lipowiec transfer station, Półwieś transfer station. The Contractor is obliged to maintain electrical installations and equipment in proper condition and ensure their correct operation. The Contractor will perform all planned works related to the subject of the order at the request of the Contracting Party after prior agreement on the execution date. Travel costs to the Contracting Party's facilities are borne by the Contractor. For performed activities, the Contractor will be obliged to issue an invoice based on the prepared cost estimate and protocol. The cost estimate must include a list of materials with prices, and an hourly rate for the service performed. In case of sudden failures that cause downtime in the Plant's technological process, the Contractor will proceed to remove them as soon as possible, but no later than 3 hours after the failure is reported. If the Contractor is unable to arrive within the specified time, they will designate a replacement company to remove the failure. The Contractor will dispose of the replaced faulty parts and materials resulting from the execution of the Agreement at their own expense.
