1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest świadczenie usług eksperckich i badawczo-rozwojowych w obszarze automatyki przemysłowej na rzecz projektu pn. „System ostrzegania i alarmowania publicznego – Norma techniczna i prototypy integralności informacji (Alarm-PL)”, finansowanego ze środków Norweskiego Mechanizmu Finansowego na lata 2021-2028. 2. Szacowany wymiar czasu pracy: średnio 110 godzin w każdym miesiącu kalendarzowym realizacji usługi. Rzeczywista liczba godzin w miesiącu uzależniona będzie od bieżącego harmonogramu prac badawczych. 3. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera Załącznik nr 2 do SWZ, stanowiący integralną część SWZ. 4. Zamawiający zastrzega obowiązek osobistego wykonania przez Wykonawcę (lub imiennie wskazanego Eksperta) kluczowych części zamówienia, tj. zadań w zakresie: - Projektowania schematów elektrycznych i doboru komponentów automatyki, - Implementacji oprogramowania sterującego (firmware), - Opracowywania dokumentacji technicznej, standaryzacyjnej i certyfikacyjnej. Wykonawca może powierzyć podwykonawcom wyłącznie wykonanie prac pomocniczych i wykonawczych, obejmujących fizyczną prefabrykację szaf sterowniczych oraz montaż prototypowych układów zasilania i sterowania.
