Przedmiotem zamówienia jest świadczenie usług kompleksowego sprzątania, utrzymania czystości oraz stanu higieniczno-sanitarnego obiektów sportowych Uniwersytetu Przyrodniczego we Wrocławiu wraz z terenami przyległymi, z podziałem na dwa obiekty: 1) Obiekt nr 1 - Hala Wielofunkcyjna UPWr przy ul. Chełmońskiego 43 we Wrocławiu: • powierzchnia do sprzątania wewnętrzna: 2 980 m², • powierzchnia do sprzątania zewnętrzna: 340 m². 2) Obiekt nr 2 - Kryta Pływalnia UPWr przy ul. Chełmońskiego 43a we Wrocławiu: • powierzchnia do sprzątania wewnętrzna: 910 m², • powierzchnia do sprzątania zewnętrzna: 50 m². 1) Szczegółowy zakres czynności, częstotliwość ich wykonywania, wymagania dotyczące organizacji realizacji usługi, standardów utrzymania czystości, stosowanych środków i sprzętu, a także sposób wykonywania poszczególnych prac określa opis przedmiotu zamówienia (dalej: OPZ) stanowiący Załącznik nr 1.1 do SWZ. 3. Miejsce realizacji usługi: • Obiekt nr 1 - Hala Wielofunkcyjna UPWr przy ul. Chełmońskiego 43 we Wrocławiu • Kryta Pływalnia UPWr przy ul. Chełmońskiego 43a we Wrocławiu 5. Oferta musi być jednoznaczna i kompleksowa, tzn. obejmować cały przedmiot zamówienia (na który składa się łącznie Obiekt nr 1 oraz Obiekt nr 2). 6. Wykonawca zobowiązany jest do złożenia oferty, której treść pozwoli Zamawiającemu na zweryfikowanie oferty pod względem jej zgodności z treścią SWZ. 7. Treść oferty Wykonawcy musi odpowiadać treści Specyfikacji Warunków Zamówienia. 8.
