Przedmiotem Zamówienia jest świadczenie usług logistycznych polegających na obsłudze służbowych wyjazdów krajowych i zagranicznych pracowników oraz osób wskazanych przez Zamawiającego, w szczególności rezerwacja i zakup biletów lotniczych, kolejowych, autobusowych, promowych, rezerwacja i zakup noclegów w hotelach, wynajem środków transportu, transfer, realizacja formalności wizowych, zakup ubezpieczeń. Wykonawca udostępni Zamawiającemu platformę internetową do zarządzania rezerwacjami, która umożliwia Zamawiającemu samodzielną rezerwację hoteli, a także biletów lotniczych i kolejowych, krajowych i zagranicznych oraz ich zmianę lub anulowanie. 2.
