W okresie obowiązywania umowy Wykonawca do każdego zadania skieruje do wykonania usługi nie mniej niż 10 aktywnych osób tymczasowych faktycznie wykonujących pracę tymczasową i za-pewni ich dostępność: 1.1. w dni robocze – dostępnych nie mniej niż 8 osób tymczasowych, do obsady min. 8 zadań komunikacyjnych wskazanych przez Zamawiającego, 1.2. w soboty/niedziele i święta – dostępnych nie mniej niż 7 osób tymczasowych, do obsady min. 7 zadań komunikacyjnych wskazanych przez Zamawiającego, przy czym osoby tymczasowe będą dostępne w poszczególnych dniach do świadczenia usługi na zmianach wskazanych przez Zamawiającego wg jego potrzeb (wszystkie zmiany) z uwzględnieniem przepisów ustawy o czasie pracy kierowcy.
