1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest świadczenie przez Wykonawcę na rzecz Zamawiającego wsparcia dla usług IT dostarczanych przez Biuro Informatyki i Telekomunikacji dla pracowników Zamawiającego. 2. Usługi świadczone będą dla pracowników Zamawiającego w trybie 365/7/24 (365 dni w roku, przez 7 dni w tygodniu i przez 24 godziny na dobę). 3.
