Przedmiotem zamówienia jest świadczenie usług serwisu, konserwacji, przeglądu technicznego oraz napraw awaryjnych urządzeń mroźni w Terenowej Stacji WCKiK SPZOZ w Krakowie. 2. Szczegółowy opis usługi będącej przedmiotem niniejszego postępowania zawiera „Opis przedmiotu zamówienia” stanowiący Załącznik nr 2 do Projektu umowy stanowiącego załącznik numer 11 do SWZ. Opis ten należy odczytywać wraz ze zmianami treści SWZ, będącymi np. wynikiem udzielonych odpowiedzi na zapytania wykonawców. 3. Wykonawca zobowiązany jest zrealizować zamówienie na zasadach i warunkach opisanych w projekcie umowy stanowiącym Załącznik nr 11 do SWZ. 4. Odbiorca przedmiotu zamówienia: Terenowa Stacja Wojskowego Centrum Krwiodawstwa i Krwiolecznictwa SPZOZ w Krakowie; ul. Wrocławska 1-3; 30-006 Kraków. 5. Wykonawca zobowiązany jest wykonać zamówienie od dnia zawarcia umowy przez okres 36 miesięcy lub do wyczerpania środków finansowych przeznaczonych na realizację umowy, jednak nie dłużej niż przez 36 miesięcy od dnia zawarcia umowy.
