Provision of services for the collection and transport of municipal waste from owners of non-residential properties in the Sławno Municipality

1. The scope of the subject of the order includes the collection of municipal waste from non-residential properties, public bins, and municipal facilities (cemeteries) from the area of the Sławno Municipality and its transport to the Municipal Waste Processing Plant in Gwiazdowo, Sławno commune. 2. Estimated quantity of municipal waste: 1) metals and plastics – 41 Mg, 2) glass packaging – 52 Mg, 3) paper and cardboard – 11 Mg, 4) residues after segregation – 236 Mg. 3. The estimated number and location of properties from which municipal waste will be collected is contained in: 1) Annex No. 8 to the SWZ (non-residential properties), 2) Annex No. 9 to the SWZ (public bins). 4. Location of municipal facilities and number of bins: 1) cemetery in Żukowo – 4 bins x 1100 l, 2) cemetery in Wrześnica – 2 bins x 1100 l, 3) cemetery in Stary Kraków – 2 bins x 1100 l. 5. Waste codes: 1) 15 01 01 – cardboard and paper packaging, 2) 15 01 02 – plastic packaging, 3) 15 01 06 – mixed packaging waste, 4) 15 01 07 – glass packaging, 5) 20 01 01 – paper and cardboard, 6) 20 01 39 – plastics, 7) 20 03 01 – unsorted municipal waste. 6. Waste collection system – bin system. 7. Types of bins: 1) metals and plastics – yellow bin – min. 120 l, 2) glass packaging – green bin – min. 120 l, 3) paper and cardboard – blue bin – min. 120 l, 4) residues after segregation: a) non-residential properties – from 120 l to 1100 l, b) municipal facilities – min. 1100 l. 8. Frequency of waste collection: 1) metals and plastics: a) non-residential properties – once every two weeks, b) public bins – at least once a month, 2) glass: a) non-residential properties – once a month, b) public bins – at least once a month, 3) paper and cardboard: a) non-residential properties – once a month, b) public bins – at least once a month, 4) residues after segregation: a) non-residential properties – once every two weeks, b) public bins – at least once a month, c) municipal facilities (cemeteries):  once a month,  in the period from October 1 to November 30 – twice a month. Contractor's obligations regarding the execution of the entire order: 1. Settlement of the service provision will be based on the actual quantities of collected waste expressed in Mg and their transport to the Municipal Waste Processing Plant in Gwiazdowo, based on the unit price offered by the Contractor for 1 Mg of collected municipal waste. 2. The Contractor is obliged to carry out the subject of the order, taking into account the possible change (decrease/increase) in the number of non-residential properties where municipal waste is generated (the current list of non-residential properties is included in Annex No. 8 and 9 to the SWZ). 3. The Contractor is obliged to collect waste from individual properties in accordance with the collection schedule established by the Contractor on working days from Monday to Friday between 7:00 AM and 4:00 PM. 4. The Contractor is obliged to transfer municipal waste from the Sławno Municipality to the Municipal Waste Processing Plant in Gwiazdowo. Deliveries will be made in accordance with the Regulations on the use of public services provided by the Municipal Company for Communal Economy and Housing Management Ltd. in Sławno, where they will be subject to recovery or disposal processes in accordance with applicable law, including environmental protection requirements. 5. The Contractor shall ensure that all vehicles used for the execution of the order are equipped with monitoring devices that allow for automatic recording of operating time, current location, and distance traveled by the vehicles. 6.
