Provision of services for the collection and transport of municipal waste from residential properties in the Sławno Commune

1. The scope of the subject of the order includes the collection of municipal waste from residential properties in the Sławno commune and its transport to the Municipal Waste Processing Plant in Gwiazdowo, Sławno commune. 2. Estimated amount of waste: 1) metals and plastics – 198 Mg, 2) glass packaging – 164 Mg, 3) paper and cardboard – 42 Mg, 4) bulky waste – 80 Mg, 5) waste electrical and electronic equipment – 11 Mg, 6) biodegradable waste – 10 Mg, 7) textiles – 10 Mg, 8) residues after segregation – 884 Mg. 3. The contractor is obliged to collect the entire amount of municipal waste handed over by the owners of residential properties. The estimated number and location of properties from which municipal waste will be collected are included in: 1) Annex No. 7 and 8 to the invitation (single-family residential properties), 2) Annex No. 6 to the invitation (multi-family residential properties), 3) Annex No. 9 to the invitation (holiday homes or other properties used for recreational purposes). 4. Waste codes: 1) 15 01 01 – paper and cardboard packaging, 2) 15 01 02 – plastic packaging, 3) 15 01 06 – mixed packaging waste, 4) 15 01 07 – glass packaging, 5) 20 01 01 – paper and cardboard, 6) 20 01 39 – plastics, 7) 20 03 07 – bulky waste, 8) 20 01 35 – waste electrical and electronic equipment other than those mentioned in 20 01 21 and 20 01 23 – containing hazardous components (1), 9) 20 01 36 – waste electrical and electronic equipment other than those mentioned in 20 01 21, 20 01 23 and 20 01 35, 10) 20 02 01 – biodegradable waste, 11) 20 01 11 – textiles, 12) 20 03 01 – unsorted municipal waste. 5. Waste collection system: 1) metals and plastics – container-based, 2) glass packaging – container-based, 3) paper and cardboard – container-based, 4) bulky waste – directly from residential properties, at times determined by the Contractor, after prior notification by the property owner, 5) waste electrical and electronic equipment – directly from residential properties, at times determined by the Contractor, after prior notification by the property owner, 6) biodegradable waste – container-based, directly from residential properties, at times determined by the Contractor, after prior notification by the property owner, 7) textiles – bag-based, directly from residential properties, at times determined by the Contractor, after prior notification by the property owner, 8) residues after segregation – container-based. 6. Types of containers and bags for municipal waste collection: 1) metals and plastics – yellow container – min. 120 l, 2) glass packaging – green container – min. 120 l, 3) paper and cardboard – blue container – min. 120 l, 4) biodegradable waste – brown container – min. 120 l, 5) textiles – 120 l bags, 6) residues after segregation: a) single-family residential properties – min. 110 l, b) multi-family residential properties – from 110 to 1100 l. 7.
