Part 1 – Provision of social support services involving conducting art workshops for Group 1. The subject of Part 1 of the order is the provision of social support services by a therapist (including an occupational therapist), involving conducting art workshops for project participants - adults with mental disorders and their relatives. The scope of implementation for Part 1 is 68 clock hours of direct classes with participants. A single session will last from 2 to 4 clock hours, depending on the participants' needs, the nature of the classes conducted, and the artistic or handicraft technique used. The frequency of meetings is not fixed. Meetings may take place at different intervals, including more than once a week. Specific days and hours of classes will be agreed upon with the Contractor. Classes may be conducted from Monday to Sunday, with:
– Monday to Friday only in Sułków, between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM,
– Saturdays and Sundays only in the building of the Environmental Support Center in Wieliczka, between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
The Ordering Party reserves the right to make changes to the schedule and temporarily suspend the classes for reasons related to the organization of the Project, the needs or availability of participants, especially during holiday periods or if a group cannot be formed.
The Ordering Party may cancel or reschedule a class for reasons beyond the Ordering Party's control, particularly due to random events or participants' health conditions, or if a group cannot be formed. The Ordering Party will inform the Contractor of any changes by phone or e-mail immediately after learning of the need to change the date. The Contractor is not entitled to remuneration for unrealized classes. Unrealized hours will be conducted at another agreed-upon date, within the order execution period. Group 1 will consist of approximately 10 people on average. The composition of the group may change during the order execution period, especially in case of a participant's resignation, a new participant joining, or changes in their needs or availability. Changes in the group composition do not affect the hourly scope of Part 1 and do not require a contract amendment. Place of execution: art studios of the Leonardo Foundation in Sułków and Wieliczka, in buildings architecturally adapted to the needs of people with disabilities / people with special needs. The Ordering Party provides materials and basic equipment necessary for conducting workshops, after prior agreement with the Contractor on the planned topic and technique of the classes. The Contractor is responsible for the substantive preparation and conduct of the classes and for notifying the Ordering Party of the material requirements in advance. Remuneration will be paid monthly as the product of actually conducted and documented clock hours of classes and the hourly rate indicated in the offer, with a total limit of 68 hours for Part 1. Remuneration covers only participation in art workshops. Preparatory and summary activities are not settled separately. The Contractor's duties will include in particular:
– organizing and directly conducting art workshops for project participants;
– preparing a workshop program/plan that allows for the use of various artistic and handicraft techniques and forms, and adapting the topics, techniques, and methods of conducting classes to the needs, abilities, and preferences of the participants;
– supporting participants in expressing emotions and experiences through artistic activities;
– strengthening participants' social competencies, sense of agency and independence, and their integration into the local community;
– establishing and maintaining contact with participants, their families, and the community to the extent necessary for providing support;
– cooperating with specialists conducting treatment, therapy, or rehabilitation of participants to the extent necessary for appropriate selection of support methods, while maintaining confidentiality and personal data protection principles;
– preparing workstations, taking care of entrusted equipment and materials, and maintaining order in the studio;
– diligently keeping required project documentation, especially individual attendance and support cards for participants;
– promptly informing the Project Coordinator about problems, decreased attendance, or crisis situations related to participants;
– correctly marking documents and the place of conducting classes in accordance with the Project's information and promotion principles;
– recording completed work hours and submitting settlement documents within 5 working days after the end of each month. Activities carried out within the scope of the order are educational and supportive in nature and do not constitute health services or therapy. Order execution period: from the date of signing the contract until June 30, 2027.
OFFER EVALUATION CRITERIA
Gross price per clock hour (C) – weight 80%, maximum 80 points.
C = (Lowest price / Examined price) × 80 points.
Additional professional experience (D) – weight 20%, maximum 20 points.
Points will be awarded for the experience of the person designated to carry out Part 1 in working with the project's target group, i.e., adults with mental disorders or their relatives, beyond the required minimum of 2 years:
– over 2 years up to 4 years of documented experience – 10 points,
– over 4 years of documented experience – 20 points.
No documented experience beyond the required minimum of 2 years – 0 points.
Experience is subject to confirmation by documents on the terms specified in point 3.6 of the Request for Proposals.
In total, the offer can receive a maximum of 100 points. The most advantageous offer will be the one that obtains the highest total score C + D.
