Nowy Świat 6/12 w Warszawie (dalej: „Centrala”) oraz świadczenie usług kompleksowego utrzymania czystości powierzchni biurowej i magazynowej w Archiwum Zakładowym przy ul. Kolejowej 15/17 w Warszawie (dalej: „Archiwum”) przez okres 10 miesięcy – dalej: Zamówienie Podstawowe. Zamawiający zastrzega sobie uprawnienie do zastosowania Opcji, polegającej na dwukrotnej możliwości wydłużenia okresu obowiązywania umowy – każdorazowo o kolejne 12 miesięcy, maksymalnie o 24 miesiące okresu świadczenia Usługi określonego w Rozdziale 6 ust. 1 SWZ – dalej: Opcja. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia i sposobu jego wykonania zawarty jest w projektowanych postanowieniach umowy stanowiących Załącznik nr 1 do SWZ, zwanych dalej: Wzór umowy.
