3.1 The subject of the order is "Execution of the service titled: 'Service of collection, transport, and disposal of hazardous medical waste with codes: 18 01 02*, 18 01 03*, 18 01 04, 18 01 06*, 18 01 09 for SPZOZ in Wolsztyn'." 3.2 The Contracting Authority estimates that the total amount of waste generated in all facilities belonging to SPZOZ Wolsztyn within 12 months will be approximately 49,000 kg, which amounts to about 4,083.33 kg per month. 3.3 The quantities indicated in point 2 are approximate and may change depending on the actual needs of the Contracting Authority. 3.4 The Contracting Authority reserves the right to waive part of the contract subject and to increase it in monthly settlement periods, if justified by its needs, provided that the Contracting Authority guarantees the execution of the contract at a level of at least 70% of the gross contract value. 3.5 The service covered by the subject of the order will consist in particular of: a) collection of containers filled with waste from the place indicated by the Contracting Authority, b) loading, c) transport, d) unloading, e) disposal of waste at a designated facility in accordance with applicable regulations, f) washing and disinfection of containers, including information on the disinfection process on the containers with the date of the process, g) transport of empty, disinfected containers to the place indicated by the Contracting Authority.
