Provision of lighting services in the area of the City and Commune of Kąty Wrocławskie

The subject of the order is the implementation of the task entitled: “Provision of lighting services in the area of the City and Commune of Kąty Wrocławskie”. The scope of the order includes in particular: 1. maintenance of the road lighting network and devices in a way that ensures technical efficiency in accordance with the current level of technical knowledge, due diligence and currently applicable legal regulations, 2. 24-hour service via appropriate organizational units enabling the reporting of complaints and information about the improper functioning of the lighting network 7 days a week and 24 hours a day, 3. immediate intervention in exceptional situations such as: a) failure to switch on or off by the street lighting control devices at the set time, b) road collision resulting in damage to the lighting infrastructure, c) condition of the lighting infrastructure posing a threat to the surroundings, d) malfunction of parts of the lighting infrastructure that constitute the supply area of the MV/LV transformer station, e) other cases caused, e.g., by natural disasters and third parties. 2. The detailed scope and conditions for providing services are specified in the draft contract.
