Provision of lighting services consisting in maintaining the technical condition of infrastructure used for lighting: streets, squares, public spaces, open parks and green areas, as well as sidewalks and pedestrian crossings located in the Municipality of Zbrosławice. The subject of the order includes, in particular: a) ongoing maintenance of street lighting in the Municipality of Zbrosławice, b) maintenance (ensuring) of the illumination of light points covered by this Agreement in a quantity not less than 95% of the total, i.e., the total number of light points indicated in §1 para. 1 of this Agreement (updated during the term of this Agreement), c) replacement of damaged light sources, protective elements, all other street lighting accessory components on overhead and cable networks, d) replacement of damaged doors, fuse boxes, replenishment and replacement of clamps and other pole elements necessary for suspending light points, e) ongoing repair of street lighting cabinets, f) location of cable damage, repair of damaged cables and overhead wires for street lighting, g) setting of lighting control devices, h) washing of street lamp shades when replacing light sources, i) cutting of branches that interfere with street lighting fixtures, j) disposal of used light sources and other dismantled elements of the street lighting network, k) inspection checks carried out at the written request of the Ordering Party, within the time specified by them, not more often than once every six months. l) restoration of the area (sidewalks, carriageways, greenery) to its original condition each time after the Contractor has performed specific works within the street lighting system under this Agreement, m) installation of 15 additional lighting fixtures for every subsequent 12 months of this Agreement's validity at the Contractor's expense, i.e., within the remuneration indicated in § 6 para. 1 and the lump-sum rate indicated in §6 para. 4 of this Agreement, on the existing lighting network, i.e., not requiring permits and building permits (in agreement with the Ordering Party, up to 45 units in total during the entire term of the agreement) within 60 days of the written order for additional installation by the Ordering Party. n) inspection of road lighting networks in accordance with universally applicable legal provisions. o) carrying out required measurements in the road lighting network in accordance with universally applicable legal provisions.
