Provision of Maintenance and Development Services for the National Education Data System (KSDO)

Development, as defined by the Contracting Authority, specifically includes the creation of new System functionalities as well as modifications to existing ones. Development may be driven by the need to adapt the System to current legal requirements, or by the Contracting Authority's requests to enhance ergonomics, improve performance, or introduce new functionalities. This tender seeks a qualified provider to ensure the robust and evolving functionality of the KSDO, a critical national infrastructure for educational data. The scope of work involves both maintaining the current operational status and actively contributing to the System's future growth and adaptation to evolving needs within the education sector.
