1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest: 1) w zakresie zamówienia podstawowego: a) świadczenie III linii wsparcia dla Systemu. Przez świadczenie III linii wsparcia dla Systemu Zamawiający rozumie świadczenie wybranych usług utrzymaniowych, zgodnie z wymaganiami zawartymi w pkt. II OPZ, zwane dalej Utrzymaniem Systemu. Usługi Utrzymania Systemu przez okres 36 miesięcy, przy czym szczegółowe terminy zostały wskazane w rozdziale IV OPZ,, b) świadczenie Usługi Rozwoju Systemu w liczbie nieprzekraczającej 8000 Roboczogodzin, zgodnie z wymaganiami zawartymi w rozdziale III OPZ, c) dostawa 11 sztuk licencji Użytkowników czynnych i 5 sztuk licencji Użytkowników biernych do wykorzystania w MF. 2) w zakresie zamówienia objętego opcją: a) świadczenie Usługi Utrzymania Systemu, zgodnie z wymaganiami zawartymi w rozdziale II OPZ przez okres nieprzekraczający 12 miesięcy, b) świadczenie Usługi Rozwoju Systemu w liczbie nieprzekraczającej 3500 Roboczogodzin, c) dostawa licencji dla użytkowników czynnych i biernych do wykorzystania w MF w maksymalnej liczbie licencji: 40 sztuk dla Użytkowników czynnych i 40 sztuk dla Użytkowników biernych 2.
