1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest Świadczenie usługi utrzymania i wsparcia technicznego oraz usługi rozwoju dla posiadanego przez Zamawiającego systemu Quorum. 2. Szczegółowy opis i zakres Przedmiotu zamówienia (dalej: „OPZ”), opisany został w Załączniku nr 1 do SWZ. 3. Wykonawca zobowiązany jest zrealizować zamówienie na zasadach i warunkach przedstawionych w Projektowanych Postanowieniach Umowy (dalej: „PPU”) stanowiących Załącznik nr 4 do SWZ. 4. Zamawiający, na podstawie art. 441 ust. 1 ustawy Pzp, przewiduje zastosowanie prawa opcji (zamówienia niegwarantowanego), wyrażonego ilościowo, polegającego zwiększeniu liczby roboczogodzin ponad zakres podstawowy w zakresie dodatkowych usług rozwoju (dodatkowo do 1500 roboczogodzin) oraz konsultacji eksploatacyjnych (dodatkowo do 100 roboczogodzin). Zakres prawa opcji został opisany w Rozdziale IV OPZ stanowiącym Załącznik nr 1 do SWZ oraz w zapisach § 1a PPU, stanowiącym Załącznik nr 4 do SWZ.
