Description
The objective of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement for transport services in connection with transport for swimming lessons for municipal schools in Arendal municipality. Tenderers can choose whether they will carry out the individual transport assignments with one or several vehicles, but a fixed price shall be given per transport assignment regardless of the number of vehicles. Some schools have some variation in the minimum and maximum number of pupils and it is important that the offered transport offer takes into account the maximum number of passengers stated. Furthermore, it will be important that the transport of small schools (1-4 class) that seats/harnesses can be adapted for proper securing. The municipality pays for completed transport assignments based on real need. In order to increase the competition, the contract is divided into three contract areas and a contract can therefore be signed with up to 3 tenderers. Each tenderer may choose to submit tenders for one or several contract areas (K1 - West, K2 โ Sentrum, K3 โ รst and Tromรธy)
