Original language: fiHankinnan kohteena on pitkäaikaiseen käyttöön tarkoitettu kolmannen (3.) sukupolven sydämen vasemman kammion mekaaninen tukilaite (Left Ventricular Assist Device, LVAD). Laite on suunniteltu potilaille, joilla on loppuvaiheen sydämen vajaatoiminta, ja sitä käytetään joko siltahoitona sydämensiirtoon tai pysyvänä hoitomuotona, mikäli sydämensiirto ei ole mahdollinen. Tarjousta pyydetään tukilaitteesta sekä kaikesta laitteen asennukseen ja käyttöön olennaisesti liittyvistä (lisä)tarvikkeista, komponenteista, ohjelmistoista ja palvelusta (mm. koulutus). Kyseessä on kokonaishankinta, eli hankintaa ei ole jaettu osiin. Laitteelle (apupumppu) on asetettu kattohinta 87 500 € (alv 0%). Apupumpun setin hintaan tulee sisältyä kaikki apupumpun käytön aloittamiseen liittyvät tarvikkeet, osat, ohjelmistot ja palvelut sekä potilaskohtainen verkkovirtalaite, pois lukien monitori ja monitorin verkkovirtalaite. Hankittavat tuotteet on kuvattu tarkemmin jäljempänä tarjouspyynnön kohdassa Hankinnan kohteen kriteerit. Tavoitteena on kilpailutuksen avulla saada valikoimiin turvalliset ja toimintavarmat tuotteet.
