Original language: svSysselsättningsfrämjande utbildning i svenska och integrationsutbildning för vuxna inflyttade till Åland Uppdraget avser att teckna ramavtal för sysselsättningsfrämjande utbildning i svenska och integrationsutbildning för vuxna inflyttade till Åland. Utbildningen arrangeras i enlighet med LL (2015:56) om sysselsättningsfrämjande utbildning och LL (2012:74) om främjande av integration.
Utbildningen är i huvudsak en kvalificerad språkutbildning som syftar till att ge vuxna invandrare och andra inflyttade som är i behov av svenska kunskaper, grundläggande kunskaper i svenska språket. En person med annat modersmål än svenska ska inom utbildningen få lära sig att utveckla ett funktionellt andraspråk. Den språkliga målsättningen i utbildningen är en språkbehärskning som i genomsnitt motsvarar nivå B1.1 enligt allmänna språkexamina.
Utbildningen syftar också till att ge vuxna invandrare som har kort eller ingen skolbakgrund samt saknar grundläggande läs-, skriv- och matematiska färdigheter, möjlighet att förvärva sådana färdigheter. En person som har ett annat skriftsystem än det latinska alfabetet ska få läs- och skrivundervisning inom ramen för utbildningen.,
