The Project Implementation Unit (PMIU) SELECT, Reform Support Unit (RSU), School Education & Literacy Department (SE&LD), Government of Sindh now invites eligible individuals to express their interest in providing the aforementioned services. Interested individual consultants must provide:

System Administrator- C3 | At least a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, Cyber Security, or other closely related technical disciplines from a foreign or local university duly recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan. Relevant professional certifications and demonstrated practical experience in system administration, network management, server infrastructure, or related fields will be considered in lieu of formal qualifications.
| Minimum five (05) years of relevant professional experience in systems administration, infrastructure engineering, or technical operations within enterprise or medium-to-large IT environments.
The candidate should possess demonstrable experience in managing multi-server, multi-site infrastructures comprising both physical and virtual environments, with a proven track record in implementing backup and disaster recovery (DR) solutions, managing replication workflows, and conducting recovery testing in production-grade environments.
Experience in the design, implementation, and management of CI/CD pipelines across Production, Staging, Testing, and Quality Assurance (QA) environments.

The attention of interested Consultants is drawn to Section III, paragraphs, 3.14, 3.16, and 3.17 of the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” July 2016 [revised November 2017, July 2018 & November 2020] (“Procurement Regulations”), setting forth the World Bank’s policy on conflict of interest.
The Consultants will be selected in accordance with the Open Competitive Selection of Individual Consultants method set out in the Procurement Regulations of the World Bank for IPF Borrower July 2016 Revised November 2017, July 2018 & November 2020

Expressions of interest must be delivered in a written form to the address below (in person, by mail, or by e-mail) by on or before 30th June 2026 at 16:00 Hours.
The contract duration is 08 months and it shall be extendable based on the performance and requirement of the project.
