The subject of the order is the delivery, implementation, and production launch of the Adtech-TV Bridge (ATB) system – a Manifest Manipulator system acting as SSAI/DAI – in the amount of 1 complete, fully functional solution, along with the necessary licenses, in accordance with the detailed description of the subject of the order placed below. Within the scope of the subject of the order, the following meanings of the terms used are adopted: a) DAI (Dynamic Ad Insertion) - dynamic insertion/replacement of advertisements in the content stream. b) SSAI (Server-Side Ad Insertion) - server-side ad insertion carried out on the infrastructure side, not requiring modification of client applications. c) SGAI (Server-Guided Ad Insertion) - a mode in which the manifest contains slot reservations, and the final creative URIs are appended just before playback. d) Manifest Manipulator - a system for generating and modifying HLS/DASH manifests to implement DAI/SSAI/SGAI processes. e) CASG (Content-Aware Splice Guard) - a module for normalizing and validating SCTE-35 signals, ensuring the consistency of the audit trail break→manifest→broadcast. f) Break - an advertising block in the stream; a logical break results from signaling, a break in the manifest from its mapping. g) SCTE-35 / SCTE-224 - standards for signaling breaks and managing broadcast decisions. h) ABR (Adaptive Bitrate) - adaptive adjustment of stream quality; ABR Stabilizer minimizes disruptions at break boundaries. i) CMAF - a common segment container format ensuring HLS/DASH compatibility. j) QoE / QoA - Quality of Experience / Quality of Advertising. k) ULL / LL - Ultra Low Latency / Low Latency – transmission modes with very low latency. 1. Adtech-TV Bridge System (Manifest Manipulator system) – 1 pc. The subject of the order is to act as a manifest manipulator / SSAI/DAI for: − TV program streams (live, near-live, FAST, VOD, NPVR, catch-up), − ADS systems (Ad Server / AddressableTV Platforms, SSP, DMP, analytics), − business layer in content distribution systems (origin, CDN) for TV / OTT / HbbTV platforms (CTV/STB/mobile/web applications, HbbTV). The system must support at least: − Implementation of the DAI process for live (LL/ULL) / near-live / simulcast TV, − Implementation of the DAI process for FAST channels, − Implementation of the DAI process for VOD / NPVR / catch-up / time-shift, − Implementation of the VoD-to-Live scenario (playlist of VoD assets as a channel with dedicated TV programs). SCOPE OF WORK: 1. Delivery and implementation of ATB software with licenses, compliant with the specification and based on the provided technology. 2. Delivery and configuration: integration modules (ADS/SSP, SCTE-35/224, EPG, billing/analytics); components for HLS/DASH manifest manipulation (including LL-HLS/DASH-LL); ABR stabilization modules, CMAF/audio alignment, break management. 3. Provision of a GUI (operator console) and administrative API for managing services, policies, and integrations. 4. Launch of the System in environments: test (DEV/TEST), staging (staging), and production (PROD) along with high availability configuration, as well as basic monitoring dashboards. 5. Delivery of documentation, training of administrators/operators, and provision of warranty and technical support. The training will be conducted for at least 2 people and will last at least 5 days. The minimum warranty period is 12 months from the date of signing the final acceptance protocol. Technical support is provided for a period equal to the warranty period offered by the Contractor, counted from the date of signing the final acceptance protocol. The offer price must include technical support for the entire period. Within the scope of technical support, the Contractor undertakes to provide service services in accordance with the following SLA parameters: a) for critical software errors – i.e., defects in the delivered software that prevent the DAI/SSAI process or cause broadcast interruptions, if the cause lies with the software – response time (acknowledgment of the report and commencement of diagnosis) no longer than 15 minutes from successful reporting, 24/7/365; indication of a temporary solution or workaround no longer than 4 hours; delivery of a fix removing the cause of the error no longer than 3 working days; b) for other errors (not affecting basic functionalities) – response time no longer than 1 working day, delivery of a fix no longer than 10 working days, unless the Parties agree on a different deadline due to the complexity of the work. Reports will be accepted through the Contractor's dedicated reporting system available 24/7 and as a backup via the email address indicated in the agreement. Working days are understood as Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in the Republic of Poland. Copyright and licenses As part of the remuneration, the Contractor will transfer to the Ordering Party the copyrights to all works created within the scope of the order, to the extent necessary for the use, development, modification, and maintenance of the System. As part of the order execution, the Contractor will provide the Ordering Party with the complete source code of all System components created within the scope of the order, along with technical documentation enabling its development, maintenance, and modification. If third-party components, libraries, or software, including Open Source software, are used within the scope of the order, the Contractor will be obliged to: • provide a list of used components along with the type of license, • ensure the Ordering Party has the rights or licenses to use the System in accordance with its intended purpose, • guarantee that the use of these components will not limit the Ordering Party's rights to use, maintain, and develop the System.
