Description
Original language: skPredmetom zákazky je vybudovanie komplexného digitálneho systému na podporu územného plánovania pre Košický samosprávny kraj (ďalej len „KSK“). Cieľom projektu je zaviesť moderné, modulárne a škálovateľné riešenie, ktoré umožní efektívnu správu, vizualizáciu, analýzu a editáciu priestorových údajov a dokumentov súvisiacich s územným plánovaním. Riešenie bude integrovať rôzne typy údajov a umožní prístup rôznym skupinám používateľov, vrátane interných zamestnancov KSK, samospráv, odborných používateľov, ako aj širokej verejnosti. Systém bude poskytovať komplexné funkcionality, ako sú interaktívna mapová vizualizácia, digitálna editácia územnoplánovacích dokumentov, analytické nástroje na podporu rozhodovania a možnosti integrácie s existujúcimi informačnými systémami a zdrojmi údajov. V súlade s požiadavkami na otvorenosť systému bude riešenie založené na otvorených štandardoch a technológiách, čím sa zabezpečí nezávislosť od konkrétneho dodávateľa (vendor lock-in) a dlhodobá udržateľnosť. Dodané riešenie musí byť cloud-ready s možnosťou škálovania a vysokou dostupnosťou služieb. Dodávateľ zabezpečí taktiež komplexnú dokumentáciu, školenie a podporu prevádzky systému. Spôsob dodania predmetu zákazky je definovaný zmluvou o dielo, ktorá tvorí prílohu týchto súťažných podkladov. Opis predmetu zákazky je bližšie definovaný v časti B.2 týchto súťažných podkladov resp. prílohou č. 10 týchto súťažných podkladov.
