The subject of the order includes, in particular, the delivery of bicycles and additional equipment, installation, commissioning and operation of the website, mobile application, Customer Service Office, and the provision of support services for the City Bike, which serves as a public utility for bicycle transport in such a way that every authorized user can rent a bicycle according to the applicable regulations and the applicable fee tariff. 3. The scope of the order is divided into 3 stages and includes, among others: a) stage I: design of painting/wrapping for all types of bicycles and additional equipment, design of Regulations and agreements concluded with the City Bike user, presentation of sample bicycles and the mobile application, delivery of 15 units of 'city' type bicycles for short-term rental, 10 units of 'city' type electric bicycles for short-term rental, delivery of cabinets for storing and charging batteries, and performance of a test start-up of the City Bike System, b) stage II: delivery of all remaining bicycles, wheelchair drives, child trailers, city bike operation system, additional elements, organization and launch of the Customer Service Office, and launch of the entire City Bike System, c) stage III: provision of support services, i.e., operation of the City Bike System starting from the day of the entire system's launch for a period of 6 years. 5. The subject of the order and the requirements for its execution are detailed in the annexes, which form an integral part of this SWZ: a) description of the subject of the order together with the annex (annexes no. 4 and 4a to SWZ); b) draft contract provisions together with annexes (annexes no. 2, 2a and 2b to SWZ). 6. The delivered equipment must be brand new, first-class, free from defects, approved for use, and must have appropriate certificates, certifications (confirming compliance with Polish and European standards), quality certificates, and meet the requirements of standards defined by applicable law.
