Les activités suivantes sont notamment visées par ce marché : - Réaliser une application front et back office - Réaliser l’échange de données, via une plateforme nommée « Dicr » (Driving Information & Content Repository), entre différents niveaux de pouvoirs publics en Belgique et assurer la cohérence dans l’échange de données - Réaliser une Base de données et en assurer la cohérence - Réaliser des tests - Gérer la reprise des données - Héberger la solution - Réaliser des manuels utilisateurs et techniques - Donner des formations - Gérer la production du système d’information, y compris l’helpdesk - Gérer les modifications correctives, adaptatives, évolutives
