Construction of stormwater drainage in the Szeged industrial area

For the implementation of the project, the tasks of the successful tenderer in the current Phase II (pre-construction facilities) are as follows: North belt channel; 2785 m (between chainages 0+008-2+793) length of planned elevated channel lined with precast TB 350/423/90 elements. Fehértó damping basin; elevated, foil-lined reservoir with 1 inlet and 1 outlet reinforced concrete structure, the damping basin has a volume of 8320 m3. Öthalom damping basin; elevated, foil-lined reservoir with 2 outlet reinforced concrete structures and a filling pipe connection, which is part of the Eastern pressure pipeline. Modification of Öthalom pumping station; Reconstruction of the fittings of the existing pumping station for connection to Section I of the Eastern pressure pipeline. Eastern pressure pipeline Section I; Pipeline designed to fill the Öthalom damping basin. Section I of the eastern pressure pipe is 60 m long DN900 PE, and the branching filling pipe is 21 m long DN 900 PE pipe. The pipeline will have shafts at several locations (1 water meter shaft and 1 fitting shaft). Temporary drainage; - Temporary connection of the North belt channel to Öthalom I m. Reconstruction of temporary works; The I/2 route, which is a 2x 340 m long NA500 steel pipeline, may be relocated due to the construction organization used. Installation of monitoring and control technology: Planned measurement of precipitation and air temperature, flow rate measurement, water quality monitoring, automation of existing sluice gates at the existing North pumping station. Automation of the planned 1st and 2nd pumping stations. Construction of monitoring substructures at reception points 1.2.7.5 and at the Fehértó and Öthalom damping basins. Design; - Review, modification and finalization of tender plans at execution level - Preparation of as-built plans, documentation for operating permit, operating regulations - Permitting and design of material extraction site. Main quantities are as follows: - Earthworks: • Embankment construction: 77,605 m3 • Excavation from material extraction site: 57,107 m3 - Precast TB350/423/90 element: 1382 pcs - Length of lined section 2+793-0+008=2785 m - Structure length 0+116: 10.13 m - Structure length 2+076: 12 m - Lining element TB350/423/90 length 2785-10.13-12=2762.87 m 1 382 pcs - Damping basin foil lining: 21,100 m2 - Structures: • Pumping station construction: 2 pcs • Pumping station reconstruction: 1 pc • Reinforced concrete structure construction: 8 pcs The Contracting Authority provides plans at execution level, and it is the responsibility of the successful Tenderer to finalize the plan documentation - at execution level but not considered final - to review it as necessary, and to carry out all design tasks in accordance with the client's requirements (Volume 3) included in the technical content. The Contracting Authority draws attention to the fact that the provisions of the FIDIC Red Book shall apply during the performance of the contract. The Contractor is entitled to decide, at its own design responsibility, whether to use the existing plans/parts thereof provided to it. The Contractor shall bear the responsibility, warranty and guarantee obligations defined in the contract to be concluded as a result of this procedure, regardless of the use of previous plans, in connection with the plans to be prepared by it.
