Category 36 25,000 The subject of this public procurement procedure is the use of long-term passenger car rental and fleet management for a fixed term of 36 months + 12 months. The Contracting Authority states that it wishes to rent 9 units (+2 optional quantity) of passenger vehicles that fully meet the requirements detailed in the technical description. The Contracting Authority only wishes to rent the vehicles; they will not become its property during or after the rental period. The tenderer must state the type of vehicle offered in its bid and declare its commitment to fulfilling the requirements of the technical description (e.g., make, model, standard equipment, engine, transmission, performance). If the vehicle type offered by the winning tenderer is no longer available during the term of the contract to be concluded, the Contracting Authority considers the updated or successor model version of the same vehicle to be adequate performance, provided that the updated or successor model version meets in all respects the technical requirements specified in the Technical Description and the technical specification made by the winning tenderer, or has technical parameters more favorable to the Contracting Authority than those stated therein, and furthermore, the winning tenderer must provide the updated or successor model version at the rental price established in the bid. If the updated or successor model version of the offered vehicle type does not meet the requirements of the Technical Description and the technical specification made by the winning tenderer, the Contracting Authority considers the fulfillment with another vehicle type meeting the minimum requirements specified in the Technical Description to be adequate performance, with the rental price remaining unchanged in this case. In the case of fulfillment with a new vehicle type compared to the bid, the winning tenderer is obliged to provide the Contracting Authority with a declaration from the official Hungarian importer certifying that the model offered by the winning tenderer is no longer available, and that the updated or successor model version does not meet the technical specification made by the tenderer. The winning tenderer's task during the term of the contract is to provide the rental of vehicles and related services as specified in the public procurement documents, particularly the registration of vehicles and bearing all associated costs, monitoring and obtaining necessary documents and permits for road use, and providing proof of insurance payment and International Motor Insurance Card issued by the insurer. The tenderer shall provide 9 new vehicles (base quantity) as specified in the technical content with the following delivery deadlines: The base quantity will be delivered within 30 days of signing the contract.
