A beszerzés tárgya a Magyar Közút Nonprofit Zrt. által üzemeltetett M6 gyorsforgalmi út Bóly-Ivándárda szakaszán a Tomori kétoldali pihenőhely és Ivándárdai kétoldali pihenő és tengelysúlymérő illemhelyein keletkezett szennyvíz, szennyvíziszap tározókból történő ürítésére, ártalmatlanítás céljából történő elszállítása, továbbá eseti duguláselhárítás elvégzése. Tervezett, tájékoztató mennyiség a szennyvízszippantás, iszapelszállítás esetében 4200 m3. és 6 óra a csatornatisztítás, duguláselhárítás, átemelő aknatisztítás a szerződés teljes időtartamára a teljesítési helyek mindegyike esetében összesen . A keretszerződés keretösszege nettó 20.000.000 Ft. Ajánlatkérő a keretösszeg 70%-ának lehívására vállal kötelezettséget.
