SZP/243-086/2026 Service and permanent maintenance of selected ventilation and air conditioning systems in the buildings of Wrocław University of Science and Technology - task 1 group 25

1. The subject of the order is the service and permanent maintenance of selected ventilation and air conditioning systems in the buildings of Wrocław University of Science and Technology – tasks 1-8 (groups 25-32). Task No. 1 – group 25 The Contracting Authority allows for partial bids. The Contractor may submit a bid for a maximum of 3 selected Tasks within this procedure. NOTE! Submitting a bid for more than 3 Tasks will result in the rejection of the bid. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is provided in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ – OPZ, Annex 3.25 – price calculation, and in the list of devices for group 25, respectively. 3. The detailed scope of the subject of the order, which constitutes the projected provisions of the public procurement contract, is included in the draft contract, which is Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. 4. CPV Code: 50712000-9 Repair and maintenance services of mechanical building installations. 5. Place of service: Facilities of Wrocław University of Science and Technology in Wrocław. 6. The Contracting Authority foresees employment requirements based on an employment relationship, in the circumstances referred to in art. 95 of the Public Procurement Law. The Contracting Authority specifies the requirements for the Contractor or Subcontractor to employ persons performing the activities specified by the Contracting Authority in the scope of order execution on the basis of an employment contract, in accordance with art. 22 § 1 of the Act of April 7, 1964 – Labour Code (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 277), in the following scope – for the maintenance of ventilation and air conditioning devices and making entries in the Central Register of Operators – for all tasks. 7. The Contracting Authority foresees the awarding of similar orders. By a similar order, the Contracting Authority understands a similar service, as referred to in art. 214 para. 1 item 7 of the Act – Public Procurement Law. The sum of similar orders in this period cannot exceed 50% of the value of the main order, resulting from § 4 para. 3 of the contract. 8. Before submitting a bid, the Contractor has the opportunity to conduct a site visit to inspect the location and accessibility of the air conditioning and ventilation systems, and the Contracting Authority recommends it – after prior telephone contact with Mr.: Sławomir Chojnacki tel. 71 320 24 50, 695 350 454 (Monday to Friday between 10:00-14:00), to check the work site and the conditions related to the execution of the service and maintenance, which is the subject of the order. The cost of the site visit is borne by the Contractor.
