Purchase agreement for the procurement of a tail lift truck with the technical content and quantity detailed in the tender specifications, within the 9th bidding phase of the public procurement procedure entitled "Procurement of Vehicles for SZTE in DBR". 1 tail lift truck: Vehicle data: - Body type: body and superstructure equipped with a tail lift (box superstructure closing with a tail lift) - Number of passengers: 3 - Payload capacity: min. 750 kg - Permissible gross vehicle weight: max. 3500 kg Drive: - rear-wheel drive - min. single-plate dry clutch Engine: - Fuel type: Diesel - Engine displacement: min. 1950 cm3 - Power: min. 100 KW - Gearbox: min. 5-speed The contracting authority wishes to procure a tail lift vehicle belonging to product category 4, with the parameters and conditions specified in the technical description. The detailed technical content of the vehicle, which can be classified into product category 4 (Trucks under 3.5 tons) described in the participation phase, is included in the Technical Description part of the tender documentation (Part VIII of the Tender Documentation and the separately attached technical annex). The offered vehicle must be new; the contracting authority does not accept offers for used vehicles within category 4! A product is considered new if it is free of defects and damage, no part of it has been repaired, and it has not been previously registered in Hungary or abroad, nor used as a display or test vehicle. The procurement includes commissioning for intended use, registration administration, and training once for a maximum of 2 hours. References to specific makes or types in the technical description are made to clearly define the subject/technical parameter, in accordance with Section 46 (3) of Government Decree 321/2015 (X. 30.). In these cases, the contracting authority will accept a subject/technical parameter that meets the detailed values specified for the subject/technical parameter, i.e., is "equivalent" based on the given criteria. To establish equivalence, the offer must demonstrate which products the tenderer is offering instead of the products specified in the technical description.
