Contract No. T26023 - EOI for Animal Management Service Council is seeking expressions of interest for the following scope: • Statutory pound services in accordance with the Act and the Code of Practice, including receiving, identifying, impounding, and caring for all seized, surrendered, and found dogs and cats within Stonnington's municipal boundaries • Shelter and rehoming services — including behavioural and veterinary assessment, foster care coordination, adoption programs, and post-adoption support — delivered as a continuous and integrated operation with pound services • Accountability for the welfare pathway and final outcome of every animal received, including those transferred to rescue or foster care partners • After-hours emergency response and on-call capability for seized animals • Responsible pet ownership and community education programs, consistent with Council's DAMP • Reporting and data provision to Council and to ...
