Az Ajánlati dokumentációban rögzített intézmények takarítása az alábbiak szerint. A napi (tanítási napokon és munkanapokon), illetve heti takarítási feladatok ellátása, mely kiterjed a tantermek, a tornaterem, irodák, tanári szobák, étkező, folyosók, aulák, lépcsőházak, egyéb közlekedés céljára szolgáló helyiségek takarítása mellett a mellékhelyiségek és mosdók, zuhanyzók, valamint egyéb helyiségek (szertár, irattár, raktárhelyiség) takarítására is. Félévenkénti nagytakarítás elvégzése. A napi takarítással érintett terület nagysága: 64415 m2. A nyertes ajánlattevő köteles biztosítani a takarítási tevékenységhez szükséges eszközöket, a takarítószereket és a folyékony szappant, s köteles gondoskodni a folyékony szappan utántöltéséről is. A nyertes ajánlattevő köteles átvenni és továbbfoglalkoztatni az ajánlatkérő takarítószemélyzetét a munka törvénykönyvéről szóló 2012. évi I. törvény alapján.
