Financial and payroll administration services The subject of the procurement is the financial and payroll administration services (hereinafter "Service") for Business Kangasala Oy (hereinafter "Client"). The annual scope of the subject of procurement is illustrated by the transaction volumes for 2025: - Sales invoices 57 pcs - Purchase invoices 450 pcs - Payments 451 pcs and recurring payments i.e. salary payments 77 pcs - Reference payments 56 pcs - Bank statements 210 pcs There are approximately 30-40 travel invoices annually. The Client's employees enter travel invoices into the application themselves. Financial administration must be carried out using the Netvisor application. Payroll administration must be carried out using the Netvisor application or equivalent. Currently, the Client uses Netvisor for both financial and payroll administration. See Appendix 1 "Description of the Subject of Procurement" for a more detailed description of the subject of procurement and minimum requirements. The actual contract period is 24 months, after which there is an option to change the contract to an indefinite period. One (1) Supplier will be selected based on the competition. The contract with the current supplier ends on 31.3.2027. The current supplier will handle reporting and financial statement matters related to the preceding year 2026, including the 2026 tax return. The implementation of the services will take place such that the new Service must be fully available to the Client from 1.4.2027 onwards. To avoid interruptions in financial and payroll administration services, the contract may be signed immediately after the procurement decision becomes legally binding due to transition arrangements.
