Printing of the parish magazine published by the Evangelical Lutheran Parish Union of Tampere The Evangelical Lutheran Parish Union of Tampere is requesting your tender for the printing of its parish magazine (ISSN-L: 2342-0979, hereinafter the magazine). The magazine is distributed as an unaddressed delivery to all households in Tampere that do not have an advertising or free distribution ban. The magazine can also be subscribed to. In addition to magazines delivered to homes and subscribed ones, the magazine is distributed in bundles and racks. The distributor is responsible for the bundle and rack distribution of the magazine. The magazine's publication date is once a month on the same day of the week at the end of the month. The magazine is published 10 times a year during the contract period, i.e., on average once a month. The first issue will be published in week 2 of 2027. In 2027, the magazine will be published 10 times. The print run is approximately 90,000 copies. The size of the print run depends on the number of addressed subscriptions and advertising bans. Addressed distribution is currently around 300 copies. Magazine size: Trimmed tabloid 250 x 310 mm Paper: 52/72–80 gsm. The publisher reserves the right to change the paper during the contract. Any impact of a possible change on the service price will be negotiated separately. Color: The magazine and its inserts are entirely four-color. Printing: The deadline for submitting the material is Thursday afternoon of the week preceding distribution. The magazine must be with the distributor no later than Saturday at 7 a.m. of the week preceding the publication date. Delivering the magazine to the location specified by the publisher is the printer's responsibility. Each issue of the magazine includes the magazine and an insert. 1. Basic magazine: The basic magazine, or part A of the magazine, is 20 pages. Possible larger or smaller numbers will be agreed upon separately between the service provider and the publisher. A tender must also be submitted for a 24-page basic magazine. The publisher determines the page counts for each issue annually. The publisher reserves the right to change the page counts during the year. Changes will be notified to the printer two weeks before the magazine's publication. 2. Event insert: An event insert will be included in the magazine. The event insert, or part B of the magazine, is 8-12 pages long and is printed on the same paper and in the same size as the basic magazine. The event insert is separate from part A. 3. Part C: A possible third part of 8–12 pages. Implementation method either in the same print run or by inserting a previously printed part. 4. Possible additional insert: Different size than tabloid. The contract is valid until further notice from issue 1/2027. A request for information regarding the procurement was published in 5/2026.
