Lekavičiaus g. 2, Rumšiškių mstl., Kaišiadorių r. sav., projektinių pasiūlymų parengimo ir viešinimo, statybą leidžiančių dokumentų (arba analogiškų pagal teisės aktų reikalavimus reikalingų dokumentų) gavimo, techninio darbo projekto, statinio informacinio modelio (BIM), pastato pagrindinių erdvių interjerų projektavimo parengimo ir projekto vykdymo priežiūros paslaugų, neskelbiamų derybų būdu, taikant derybų dviejų etapų (žingsnių) procesą, į jį kviečiant I-ą, II-ą ir III-ią vietas užėmusius projekto pasiūlymų dalyvius, t. y. laimėtojus.
