Provision of telecommunications services for the judicial institutions defined by the Requester as follows and in the public procurement documents: 1. Procurement of virtual (cloud-based) PBX service A total of 1286 extensions and the same number of service provider devices as the number of requested extensions, with an additional 20 extra devices (manager) and 1 operator device with a programmable keyboard. Possibility of expansion up to a maximum of 1405 extensions during the contract period. An additional 6 devices per unit (per site) (except for the M3 Headquarters building, where 35 devices) without devices, virtual extensions with a geographic number. (Virtual extension: an extension that is not physically terminated but has a call number, through which the extensions assigned below can be accessed collectively (e.g., operator offices). - Cloud-based telephone exchange, - Network (up to the endpoint router), - All licenses required for the provision and access of the service, - Endpoint devices Minimum requirements for endpoint devices - Display size (inches): 2.4 - Display pixels: 320x240 - Display color: color - Display backlight - Two-way hands-free - Hungarian language support - Power supply: POE and 230 V - Encryption indication - I/O Interfaces 10/100/1000Mbit/s Ethernet and switch port - 5-party conference handling - 3 programmable functions The bidder is responsible for providing user documentation for the endpoint devices in electronic form. Minimum requirements for the telephone exchange: - Call hold, - Call transfer, - Call pickup, - Call pickup groups, - Call waiting, - Conference call, - Call parking as specified in the technical description. - Boss-secretary function, - Voicemail, - Phonebook, - Free programming of device buttons, - Call number override as per technical description. - Selective call handling function for managing incoming calls, - Appropriate handling of calls from a given range or individual phone number (rejection, redirection, distinct ringtone). Additional functions: - IVR: at least 5 levels, with a minimum of 12 selection options per level - Ringing group: parallel or sequential ringing, - Routing of non-public call numbers, - Reservation and redirection option for unused call numbers. Minimum requirements for the web administration interface: - IVR setting option, - Greeting message upload option, - Option to manage call groups and call pickup groups, - Extension setting options: names, permissions, boss-secretary function, redirections, call number override, selective call handling, speed dial buttons - Central phonebook administration option. Further requirements related to the setup of the PBX service: - Unified management of sites in such a way that they form a unified system, regardless of which site the given call number is assigned to; - It is expected that the call numbers connected to the system communicate with each other free of charge; - Connection to the public telecommunications network; - Creation of call groups; - Commissioning of IP phones; - Setting up PBX services; - Control of desktop devices; - Automatic operator (IVR); - Call recording; - Provision of supplementary client service for mobile devices; - Speed dialing Conditions of the basic service: - Free provider change (number portability) is expected by the requester; - Free number usage; - Free connection fee; - Free switching; - Domestic per-minute rate independent of the time of day; - Free calls within a call group; - Free call forwarding within a call group; - Minute-based billing to domestic and international tariff zones; - Free provision of call numbers without a loyalty period, i.e., call numbers can be requested or returned free of charge at any time. - The monthly fee for the PBX service must include one monthly programming/modification fee.
