Description
The Department of Finance Payment Operations Division currently contracts with the New York State Industries for the Disabled (NYSID) for the imaging and data capture of business and excise tax returns. Exela Technologies, formally known as SourceHOV, is the service provider for NYSID. Our current contract ends on 9/3/2021. With NYSID having the right of first refusal for services related to document imaging and data management, we are submitting this purchase request for service to continue from 9/4/2021 through to 9/3/2024.
Time sensitive need for continuity of the service pertaining to capturing the data of the business and excise tax returns.
