BSOB zoekt naar ervaren taxateurs als het gaat om het ondersteunen bij de waardering van niet-woningen. De werkzaamheden bestaan uit ondersteunen bij de processen marktanalyse, herwaardering en bezwaarafhandeling van zowel agrarische als incourante objecten. We verwachten dan ook dat de kandidaat minimaal 10 jaar recente werkervaring heeft op dit gebied. Ook zul je de BSOB vertegenwoordigen bij de rechtbank, dus ook wordt van de kandidaat verwacht dat er ervaring aanwezig is in beroepsprocedures. Verder wordt van de kandidaat verwacht dat deze in staat is van uit transacties relevante kengetallen op te stellen in afwijking van de landelijke taxatiewijzers dan wel ter (gedeeltelijke) onderbouwing van de landelijke taxatiewijzers. Wat ga je doen? - Ondersteunen bij het controleren van de primaire en secundaire objectkenmerken van de verkochte objecten, waar nodig pas je de registreerde gegevens aan. - Ondersteunen bij het beoordelen of verkooptransacties gebruikt kunnen worden ter onderbouwing van de TIOX kengetallen. - Ondersteunen bij het uitvoeren van de jaarlijkse herwaardering. - Ondersteunen bij het afhandelen van bezwaren tegen de WOZ-waarde van agrarische en incourante WOZ-objecten. - Daarnaast bewaak je de planning betreffende het WOZ-proces conform de WOZ-tijdlijn.
