De werkzaamheden bestaan uit de ondersteuning bij het proces bezwaarafhandeling van woningen. We verwachten dan ook dat de kandidaat minimaal 2 jaar werkervaring heeft op dit gebied. Wat ga je doen? ? Ondersteunen bij het controleren van de primaire en secundaire objectkenmerken van de verkochte objecten, waar nodig pas je de registreerde gegevens aan. ? Ondersteunen bij het beoordelen of verkooptransacties gebruikt kunnen worden ter onderbouwing van andere getaxeerde objecten. ? Ondersteunen bij het afhandelen van de ambtshalve bezwaren tegen de WOZ-waarde van woningen en het telefonisch te woord staan van belanghebbenden. ? Ondersteunen bij het afhandelen van bezwaren tegen de WOZ-waarde van woningen. ? In samenwerking met je collega of leidinggevende bewaak je de planning betreffende het WOZ-proces conform de WOZ-tijdlijn.
