Description of the Requirement: The Department of Transport Canada has a requirement for a consultant under the TSPS Real Property Project Management Services stream to assess building systems, develop a complete tender package, support procurement, and oversee project delivery through to closeout. The contract period is for two (2) years. Level of Security Requirement: The following security requirements (SRCL Common #2 and related clauses provided by the Contract Security Program) as set out under Annex “B” to the Supply Arrangement E60ZT-18TSPS, applies to and forms part of the Contract. 1. The contractor/offeror must, at all times during the performance of the contract/standing offer, hold a valid designated organization screening (DOS), issued by the Contract Security Program (CSP), Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) 2. The contractor/offeror personnel requiring access to sensitive work site(s) must each hold a valid reliability status, granted or approved by the CSP, PWGSC 3. Subcontracts which contain security requirements are not to be awa. UNSPSC: *Project management (*80101600). Method: Competitive - Selective tendering. Selection: Highest Combined Rating of Technical Merit and Price.
