Part 1: Purchase of visual display components The procurement is carried out within the main subject area of the procurement of telecommunications materials, based on point II.1.4 of the Invitation to Tender. Total quantity: 32 pcs / 3 months. Pursuant to Section 46 (3) of Government Decree 321/2015 (X.30), any reference to a specific make, origin, type of item, procedure, activity, person, patent, or trademark that may appear in the Price Table was made solely to clearly and comprehensibly define the subject of the procurement; the Contracting Authority also accepts equivalent offers. The burden of proof for equivalence, and its proof in case of doubt, lies with the Tenderer. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to request delivery of the total quantity in several installments. The technical parameters of the products to be procured are included in the relevant worksheet of the Price Table. In addition, the Tenderer must declare in its offer, signed by the company: • undertakes to perform the delivery according to the schedule and quantity requested by the Contracting Authority; • the products offered by them meet the quality expected by the Contracting Authority and the requirements of the standards for the offered product; • will ensure and deliver the offered products under the conditions and quality specified by the Contracting Authority in case of winning the tender; • the warranty period undertaken is at least 12 months from the date of acceptance; • if the manufacturer of a product provides the seals and connectors necessary for its installation free of charge to the Customer upon delivery, it will be handed over; • will deliver the product to the Customer in packaging that is protected against dust, water, and other mechanical damage, and is lockable; • will deliver the offered item for the entire duration of the contract; • undertakes to deliver the Goods to the place of acceptance specified in the Order, according to the schedule and quantity specified in the Order, within the deadline specified in Annex 1 of the Procurement Guide from the date of receipt of the Order. The agreed delivery deadline must not exceed 30 working days, unless a different delivery deadline is specified in the Price Table; • acknowledges that: - The Contracting Authority sends orders exclusively by e-mail, for which purpose, in case of winning the tender, it will ensure that orders are received at a single e-mail address, - the date of communication of the order to the winning tenderer is the date of sending the order by the Contracting Authority to this e-mail address, and the winning tenderer is obliged to ensure that the order is received at the e-mail address specified by them on the date of sending by the Contracting Authority. • qualifies as a transparent organization within the meaning of Section 3 (1) of Act CXCVI of 2011 on National Assets, undertakes to prove this upon request by the Contracting Authority, continuously ensures transparency during the term of the contract concluded as a result of the procedure, and immediately notifies the Contracting Authority in writing of any changes, and acknowledges that the Contracting Authority is entitled to terminate the contract with immediate effect in case of breach of these obligations, and that a contract concluded based on an untrue declaration is void; • has familiarized itself with the personal data processing information available on the Contracting Authority's website (https://www.bkv.hu/hu/content/adatvedelmi_tajekoztatas_besz) and has informed its employees involved in the conclusion and performance of the contract, as well as other persons acting within its sphere of interest and activity in relation thereto; • whether it acts as a data processor in connection with the services provided to the Contracting Authority. The Tenderer must declare in its offer whether the prohibition on awarding the public procurement contract, as defined in Article 5k (1) of Council Regulation (EU) No 833/2014 of 31 July 2014 concerning restrictive measures in response to actions by Russia destabilising the situation in Ukraine, applies to its offer.
