TD-6/25/33/1 Access control system installation materials procurement

Part 1: Procurement of access control system installation materials. Based on point II.1.4 of the Invitation to Tender, the procurement will be carried out in the main subject area of purchasing communication technology materials. Total quantity: 13,566 units / 3 months. Pursuant to Section 46 (3) of Government Decree 321/2015 (X.30), any reference in the Price List to a thing, procedure, activity, person, patent, or trademark of a specified make, origin, or type is made solely for the purpose of clearly and comprehensibly defining the subject of the public procurement; the Contracting Authority also accepts equivalent offers. The burden of proof of equivalence, and in case of doubt, the proof thereof, lies with the Tenderer. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to request the delivery of the total quantity in several installments. The technical parameters of the products to be procured are included in the relevant worksheet of the Price List. In its offer, the Tenderer must also declare, signed by the company: • that it undertakes to perform the delivery according to the schedule and quantity requested by the Contracting Authority; • that the products offered by it meet the quality expected by the Contracting Authority and the requirements of the standards applicable to the offered product; • that it will provide and deliver the offered products under the conditions and quality determined by the Contracting Authority in case of winning the tender; • that the warranty period undertaken is at least 12 months from the date of acceptance; • that if the manufacturer of a product provides the necessary seals and connecting elements for its installation, it will hand them over to the Customer free of charge upon delivery; • that it will deliver the product to the Customer in a lockable packaging protected against dust, water, and other mechanical damage; • that it will supply the offered item for the entire duration of the contract; • that it undertakes to deliver the Goods to the place of acceptance specified in the Order, according to the schedule and quantity specified in the Order, within the deadline specified in Annex 1 of the Public Procurement Guide, from the date of receipt of the Order. The agreed delivery deadline shall not exceed 30 working days; • acknowledges that: - The Contracting Authority will send orders exclusively by e-mail, for which purpose, in case of winning the tender, it will ensure that orders are received at a single e-mail address, - the day of communication of the order to the winning tenderer is the day of sending the order by the Contracting Authority to this e-mail address, and the winning tenderer is obliged to ensure that the order is received at the e-mail address specified by them on the day of sending by the Contracting Authority. • that it qualifies as a transparent organization within the meaning of Section 3 (1) of Act CXCVI of 2011 on National Assets, undertakes to prove this upon the request of the Contracting Authority, will continuously ensure transparency during the term of the contract concluded as a result of the procedure, will promptly notify the Contracting Authority in writing of any changes, and acknowledges that in case of breach of these obligations, the Contracting Authority is entitled to terminate the contract with immediate effect and that a contract concluded based on an untrue declaration is void; • has familiarized itself with the information on personal data processing available on the Contracting Authority's website (https://www.bkv.hu/hu/content/adatvedelmi_tajekoztatas_besz) and has also informed its employees acting in connection with the contract and its performance, as well as other persons acting within its scope of interest and activity in this regard; • whether it qualifies as a data processor in connection with the services provided to the Contracting Authority. In its offer, the Tenderer must declare whether the prohibition on awarding the public procurement contract, as defined in Article 5k (1) of Council Regulation (EU) No 833/2014 of July 31, 2014, on restrictive measures in view of certain actions of the Russian Federation destabilizing the situation in Ukraine, applies to its offer.
