Total quantity: 3,673 pcs / 3 months. The agreed delivery deadline shall not exceed 15 days; • it acknowledges that: - The Contracting Authority sends orders exclusively by e-mail, for which purpose, in the event of winning the tender, it will ensure that orders are received at a single e-mail address, - the date of communication of the order to the winning tenderer is the date of dispatch of the order by the Contracting Authority to this e-mail address, and the winning tenderer is obliged to ensure that the order is received at the e-mail address specified by it on the date of dispatch by the Contracting Authority. • it qualifies as a transparent organization within the meaning of Section 3 (1) of Act CXCVI of 2011 on National Assets, and undertakes to prove this upon request by the Contracting Authority, and will ensure transparency continuously during the term of the contract concluded as a result of the procedure, and will promptly notify the Contracting Authority in writing of any changes, and further acknowledges that the Contracting Authority is entitled to terminate the contract with immediate effect in the event of a breach of these obligations, and that a contract concluded based on a false declaration is void; • it has familiarized itself with the information regarding personal data processing available on the Contracting Authority's website (https://www.bkv.hu/hu/content/adatvedelmi_tajekoztatas_besz) and has communicated it to the employees involved in the conclusion and performance of the contract, as well as to other persons acting in its interest and scope of activity in connection therewith; • whether it qualifies as a data processor in connection with the services provided to the Contracting Authority.
