Procurement of cables Total quantity: 17560 units / 3 months. Pursuant to Section 46 (3) of Government Decree 321/2015 (X.30), any reference in the Tender Price table to a specific make, origin, type of item, procedure, activity, person, patent, or trademark is made solely for the purpose of clearly and comprehensibly defining the subject of the procurement; the Contracting Authority also accepts equivalent offers. The burden of proof for equivalence, and proof thereof in case of doubt, lies with the Tenderer. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to request delivery of the total quantity in several installments. The technical parameters of the products to be procured are included in the Tender Price table. In addition, the Tenderer must declare in their offer, signed in accordance with company regulations, that: • they undertake to perform the delivery according to the schedule and quantity requested by the Contracting Authority; • the products offered by them meet the quality expected by the Contracting Authority and the requirements of the standards applicable to the offered product; • they will provide and deliver the offered products in the conditions and quality specified by the Contracting Authority in the event of winning the tender; • the warranty period undertaken is at least 12 months from the date of acceptance, • if the manufacturer of a product provides the seals and connecting elements necessary for its installation, they will be handed over to the Customer free of charge upon delivery; • the product will be delivered to the Customer in lockable packaging protected against dust, water, and other mechanical damage; the packaging must also protect them from any external damage during transport and storage. • they will supply the offered item for the entire duration of the contract • whether there is a prohibition on awarding the public procurement contract as referred to in Article 5k (1) of Council Regulation (EU) No 833/2014 of 31 July 2014 concerning restrictive measures in view of the actions of Russia destabilising the situation in Ukraine; • they undertake to deliver the Goods to the place of acceptance specified in the Order, in the schedule and quantities specified in the Order, and to commission them if necessary, within the deadline set out in Annex 1 of the Public Procurement Guide, from the date of receipt of the Order. The agreed delivery deadline shall not exceed 15 days. • they qualify as a transparent organization within the meaning of Section 3 (1) of Act CXCVI of 2011 on National Assets, they undertake to prove this upon request by the Contracting Authority, they will ensure transparency continuously throughout the term of the contract concluded as a result of the procedure, and will promptly notify the Contracting Authority in writing of any changes, and acknowledge that the Contracting Authority is entitled to terminate the contract with immediate effect in the event of a breach of these obligations, and that a contract concluded on the basis of an untrue declaration is void. The declaration can also be completed by filling out the provided form. The Tenderer must provide the unit price (excluding VAT, in HUF) for the product by filling out the provided Price Table. The Tenderer is not permitted to modify the names and quantities listed in the Price Table, nor the formulas fixed by the Contracting Authority in the Excel table, nor to combine items or add new items. Offers must be submitted for all items listed in the Price Table; an offer of 0 HUF is not possible. The completed Excel spreadsheet must be attached to the offer in both non-editable (*.pdf; *.jpeg) and editable (*.xls; *.xlsx) formats. In case of discrepancy, the non-editable format shall prevail!
