Předmětem plnění Veřejné zakázky je poskytování služeb technického dozoru stavebníka a koordinátora BOZP při realizaci stavby „Rekonstrukce vzletové a přistávací dráhy a navazujících provozních ploch Letiště Leoše Janáčka Ostrava“ (dále jen „Stavba“) vč. zajištění potřebných rozhodnutí. Předmětem plnění je tedy výkon technického dozoru stavebníka v souladu se zákonem č. 283/2021 Sb., stavební zákon, ve znění pozdějších předpisů (dále jen „stavební zákon“) a koordinátora bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci na staveništi v souladu se zákonem č. 309/2006 Sb., kterým se upravují další požadavky bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci v pracovněprávních vztazích a o zajištění bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při činnosti nebo poskytování služeb mimo pracovněprávní vztahy (zákon o zajištění dalších podmínek bezpečnosti a ochran zdraví při práci) ve znění pozdějších předpisů (dále jen „zákon BOZP“).
